Matariki Potluck Dinner

Friday 28th June is our national Matariki holiday. Matariki is a time to be with one another over food, and celebrate the past, present, and the year to come. It is also a time to remember those who have gone before us.

So, for this Matariki, our church will be hosting a potluck dinner for all ages, it will also be a great opportunity to invite family and friends who wouldn’t normally come to church!

Just to clarify, “potluck” means that you bring a dish to share with everyone. This is a great opportunity to share your culture with us all, so don’t be afraid to bring something that you would normally enjoy eating with your whānau.

So put it on your calendar: Matariki Potluck, June 28th @ Connect Church 5:30 pm.
